Water Quality Testing
Lab-certified testing for E. coli and coliform bacteria to help identify harmful contamination in well water. Testing is performed through EARDC Analytical Laboratory at Texas State University.
Thermal Imaging Inspection
True South uses infrared technology as a non-invasive tool to observe temperature differences within the home that may not be visible to the naked eye. This process can help identify areas of missing or inconsistent insulation, potential air leakage, moisture-related patterns, and possible electrical anomalies that may warrant further evaluation.
Sewer Scope Inspection
A camera-based inspection of the sewer line from the home to the city tap or septic — one of the most critical systems in the home, and one not visible during a standard home inspection.
Pool & Spa Inspection
A visual inspection of the pool and spa to observe accessible components and general condition at the time of the inspection. The inspection is limited to readily accessible areas and does not include operating the system. Visible surfaces, decking, equipment, plumbing connections, electrical bonding (visual only), and basic safety features are observed.
Property Condition Assessment (PCA)
A CCPIA-certified Property Condition Assessment conducted to the ASTM E2018 standard - the formal commercial inspection used for due-diligence on office, retail, warehouse, industrial, and multi-unit properties.
