Why a builder’s walkthrough isn’t enough
Builder walkthroughs are not independent. This inspection provides an unbiased evaluation focused solely on the home’s condition, helping identify issues that may be overlooked before closing.
An independent third-party inspection of newly built homes before final sign-off with the builder. New doesn’t always mean perfect — this inspection helps identify issues while the builder is still responsible.

Foundation and structure, roof and attic, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, exterior cladding and flashing, and interior components and finishes — all observed for visible deficiencies and overall condition.
A pre-drywall inspection is recommended when possible, allowing key components to be viewed before they are concealed. A final inspection should be completed prior to closing. Both together provide the most complete evaluation.
