Kevin came out and did an inspection on my to-be purchased home...he was there 20 minutes early to set up his equipment, and once I arrived he went to work. He checked every crack and crevice, found Sheetrock damage, and lots of other line items my fiancé and I didn't see. He tested every faucet, opened every drawer, climbed into the attic, and on to the roof. All around excellent job.
